When she asked if she could list the Worcester property, we jumped at the chance. She assembled a team, found the needed service providers to show the home in its best light, aptly handled a bidding war, and helped us choose the best and fastest buyer. It could have sold on the first day, but we gave it a weekend. It sold $26K over the asking price in 4 days and closed in one month. It even sold to a woman who loved mid-century modern and wanted to preserve a lot of the home.

Of course, it is prominently displayed in Ruth's new apartment, and she smiles each time she looks at it. But the best gift Christine gave us was herself.
